I may post the commission on my social media and include it in my portfolio unless requested otherwise
if for any reason I'm unable to complete the commission, you will receive a full refund

full payment upfront OR 50% payment before I begin drawing, the remaining 50% after the sketch has been approved
payment through PayPal in GBP(£) or through kofi
you are only eligible for a full refund if I have not started drawing. if you cancel your commission after I have started, the refund amount will depend on the progress I have made with the illustration
I will send the finished commission as a JPEG/PNG by email
